Vinification
After the destemming, the harvest undergoes a 3 to 5 hours cold maceration and a temperature-controlled fermentation between 16 and 18°C.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow color with green tinge, floral scents and fruity aromas of white peach. The frank attack is followed by a full-rounded palate with very delicate fruity and floral notes.
Pairing
This wine can be served as an aperitif. It will also be ideal with seafood, fish dishes and cheese.
