Vinification
Destemming and traditional maceration. Temperature-controlled fermentation between 25 and 30°C, end of fermentation in barrels. Ageing in barrels during 12 months.
Tasting notes
Deep red color with garnet hints, peppery and mentholated flavors with leather notes. The attack is supple and round, the palate develops aromas of liquorice, red and black fruits and roasted notes. The finish is long and powerful.
Pairing
This wine will be ideal with game and full-flavored red meats in sauce.
