Vinification
Harvest is destemmed. Vating for 3 weeks. Pumping-over several times during the alcoholic fermentation. Temperatures are monitored to see if refrigeration is necessary at the start of fermentation and to raise them smoothly and gradually during fermentation.
Tasting notes
Eye: brilliant and deep cherry-red color
Nose:expressive red fruits with a hint of spices
Mouth: good freshness on the palate with notes of liquorice in the finish.

This wine pairs wonderfully with the Provençal cooking, red or white meat or cheese.

This Côtes-du-Rhône village produced by "Les Vignerons de Tavel" is a very good value for money.
