Vinification
After the destemming, the harvest undergoes a traditional vinification with 25 to 30 days of maceration and a temperature-controlled fermentation between 25 to 28°C.

Tasting notes
Bright deep ruby color, spicy nose with hints of menthol and musk. Supple attack followed by a full-bodied palate with powerful tannins. The long finish reveals scents of spices and red fruits.

This wine suits perfectly with white and red meats, either braised, grilled or in sauce.
