Vinification
100% destemmed. The must is extracted by partial bleeding after 6 to 12 hours maceration. The fermentation is maintained at a temperature between 16 and 18°C.
Tasting notes
Pink cherry red robe with a hint of violet, powerful aromas of red fruits with notes of grenadine and wild strawberry. The rich palate reveals soft summer fruits and spice flavors.
Pairing
This wine will be ideal as an aperitif, with grilled meat and also with all spicy and exotic foods.
